1. Program Access & Structure
Program is accessed through a monthly subscription. Community is designed to maintain momentum and accountability. Course curriculum and community are hosted on the platform SKOOL. When extending the subscription, the subscription amount will be charged each month until cancelled through email send to [[email protected]].
There are 3 phases divided amongst 3 courses and each takes 30 days to complete. We recommend a minimum subscription duration of 3 months to gain lasting results as quitting binge-eating entails healing through body, mind & spirit.
The first phase (Fundamentals of Food Relationship) helps with proper nutrition by understanding the female body.
The second Phase (Balanced Mind & Body) helps with nervous regulation through emotional healing, trauma release and mindset.
The third phase (New You) integrates first and second phase, and builds on the strong and confident persona.
Chat support and 1:1 coaching are optional add-ons and not included in the base program.
If unforeseen life circumstances prevent participation, we may pause your access and resume it later upon request.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
If customer feels the program did not deliver 10X the value of their investment compared to similar priced online coaching courses, or they feel that the program will not help them improve their life and health, they may email us with a detailed explanation within 14 days and stop their subscription early. No refunds on the completed payments. Nor are any refunds applicable for chat support and 1:1 coaching. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, like Stripe. We do not store payment data directly. Prices can change anytime. Subscription fee remains the same once enrolled as per stated price when starting the program. When subscription is stopped and customer comes back to resume the program, new prices (if changed) apply.
